Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MapleMuse. We want you to love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.


RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Please note:

  • The return shipment must be sent back within this 14-day period.

  • We do not accept returns after the 14-day window.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • With original tags and/or packaging still attached

  • Free from makeup stains, perfume, pet hair, or damage

⚠️ Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.


REFUND OPTIONS

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method

    • Standard refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

    • Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your account.

    • You will receive an email confirmation once processed.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear and lingerie (including socks)

  • Perfume or cosmetics with broken seals

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Items returned worn, washed, or damaged (unless defective upon arrival)


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Info@maplemuse-fashion.com with photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide the best solution.


RETURN COSTS

  • All return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Returns must be shipped with track & trace. We cannot process returns without proof of shipment.

  • Customs charges, import duties, or taxes on returns are also the customer’s responsibility.


RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

  • Refunds will only be issued once items are inspected and approved.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is completed.
