Thank you for shopping at MapleMuse. We want you to love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Please note:

The return shipment must be sent back within this 14-day period.

We do not accept returns after the 14-day window.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

With original tags and/or packaging still attached

Free from makeup stains, perfume, pet hair, or damage

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Standard refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your account.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Underwear and lingerie (including socks)

Perfume or cosmetics with broken seals

Sale items marked Final Sale

Items returned worn, washed, or damaged (unless defective upon arrival)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Info@maplemuse-fashion.com with photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide the best solution.
RETURN COSTS

All return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns must be shipped with track & trace. We cannot process returns without proof of shipment.

Customs charges, import duties, or taxes on returns are also the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

Refunds will only be issued once items are inspected and approved.
